History of establishment

The history of the establishment of Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowe Drogownictwa in Pruszcz Gdański dates back to the early sixties, when, as part of central public road management, the Provincial Road Transport and Machinery Company (Zakład Transportu i Maszyn Drogowych) was established in Gdańsk, within the structure of which the County Local Roads Managements operated. In 1975, in connection with the administrative reform, PZDL was liquidated (districts were abolished) and the existing bases were handed over to Public Road Districts and the Regional Plant of Transport and Road Machinery (formerly WZTiMD).

Establishment in 1991

The act establishing the company was Ordinance No. 365 of 27 December 1991 of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy on establishment of Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowe Drogownictwa in Pruszcz Gdański.
